High School Competitive Team:

General Practice Info:

  • All JV / Varsity rowers have 'Optional Mondays'.  This is your day to get apointments and other things out of the way.  Athletes are highly encouraged to attend practice if they have no other comitments.
  • Novices will practice 5 days per week.

    • JV / Varsity:

  • Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays:  9:00 - 11:00 AM

    • Novice*:

  • Tuesday - Friday 4:00 - 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 11:00 - 12:30 PM

    Middle School Program  (9/10 - 12/20/2011):

    Practice:

  • Tuesday: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday:  12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

  • October 15, 2011 (HS Tri Regatta)
  • October 29, 2011 (HS Holloween Regatta)
  • November 5, 2011 (HS Head of the Hooch Regatta)
  • November 26, 2011 (Saturday after Thanksgiving.)
